Browse through the catalogue, select the items you are interested in purchasing, choose the colour and size you require and click "add to cart". Once you have finished browsing, click "view cart". This gives you your total order at a glance. If you are happy with your selection, click "checkout". You will then be required to fill in some information for security purposes and then leave the rest to us. We accept major credit cards and cleared funds only. If you are shopping outside of the UK, please contact us for delivery pricing before completing your order. All transactions will be converted back into your local currency by your credit card company on the day of dispatch.

Back Orders
If your item(s) are not in stock, we will gladly back order them for you. You can contact us to cancel your back order up until the item(s) have been dispatched. Special orders cannot be cancelled.

Your credit card number is encrypted and is only decoded when it reaches our systems. Your card number is not held in clear text on any web site.
Credit Card Fraud
Your credit card is your responsibility. By the very nature of internet ordering, a signature is not required so the risk of abuse is much higher than that of a High Street store.

Do not leave your credit card around the home. Souljah Clothing can not check the validity of every cardholder personally but does reserve the right to delay dispatch of any order until personal verification has been made if the credit card company requests such an enquiry or if, in our opinion, there is any doubt of the orders validity. Souljah Clothing will not credit or refund any order placed by a member of the household or relative of the cardholder that was done so without the cardholder's consent.
Guarantee
All faulty goods will be replaced providing we receive notification in writing within 7 days, we do not offer refunds. Goods returned for any reason must have a returns number issued by us, include all original packaging, be un-used, un-washed and in perfect condition. This offer is at the management decision and their decision is final. Do not return anything without contacting Souljah Clothing first as your package will not be accepted.

Souljah Clothing do not disclose buyer information to third parties. Cookies are used on the web site to hold information and the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses. Your information will be kept by Souljah Clothing for future offers but you can be removed immediately from our databases by e-mailing us and opting out.
